Kat Williamson - Splashblue

I have been a web designer for 6 years now, and freelance for the last 4. My work includes sites for Brighton and Sussex Universities, nightclubs, financial advisers, London marketing companies, and recently Famous Moe's Pizza.

I do a great deal of design work, mostly web based (all those above are my own designs) but also print work, including stationery and flyers. Additionally I subcontract for design agencies and consultants, building sites to their specifications; and collaborate with programmers to create bespoke database and shopping cart systems.

My skills include HTML, XHTML, CSS, Javascript, Photoshop and Dreamweaver.

My other interests are singing with my band Tailspin, reading (i get through three or four books a week - more if i'm not busy!) and shopping. My favourite websites include www.sinfest.net, www.theregister.co.uk and www.amazon.co.uk.

Extremely talented HTML web designer/builder with extensive knowledge of usability, search engine placement and some Flash. She also has a solid grounding in paper-based graphics which enables her well alongside design teams. Kat is highly self-disciplined and goes out of her way to meet even daft deadlines, all of this at rates that won't make you sweat! Highly recommended.
