Marc Clayton

I am a freelance specialist in Flash website and multimedia design. Often I work purely in design and animation and on other occasions I develop actionscript code within Flash projects. I am happy to work on the visually creative and technical aspects of design. I've been using Flash for 7 years and have worked at various media companies around Brighton (Worthmedia, Eazyspeak, BabelMedia.)

The last few years I have been working freelance for part of the year in Brighton and the rest of the year in Goa, India. This has worked out rather well and presented almost no problems in terms of contact with clients. Messenger or email works fine for almost all discussion issues. From my clients' point of view, this also means more competitive rates as the cost of living in India is obviously much less. I tend to be in the UK from May till around September.

Past clients include Nickelodeon (Nick Jr), Learnthings (The Guardian), Robot Design.

I have a strong history of e-learning projects including my own project, which was a CD-Rom for learning to play tabla (indian percussion.) I also create html sites, sound and music on demand as required.
