  • Identify your preferred learning style. Questionnaire and practical exercises to establish:
    Are you predominantly a right-brain or left-brain learner? Are you an activist, theorist, pragmatist or reflector? How can you use this information to help your learning?
  • Identify your current skill gaps - Group work and discussion to establish:
    What is required to be successful in your current role or your target job?
    How effectively do you demonstrate your knowledge and skills, and is your behaviour conducive to success? What do you need to work on to improve your personal effectiveness?
  • Produce a personal development plan to improve performance in your current job.
    What do you want/need to learn? Make the objectives SMART.
    How will you achieve the learning, recognising your preferred learning style?
