Nikki Ashley

Nikki has been involved with training and learning for 20 years. Her role now encompasses both classroom training and e-learning. In either medium, her focus is strongly learner-centred and aims to make learning effective, participative and enjoyable.

The main area of classroom delivery in which she trains now is Train the Trainer, helping others to develop their training skills to make their learning more effective, whatever their subject. She believes effective learning means not just presenting information, but enabling people to understand for themselves, increase their confidence and enjoy the process.

She continues to deliver other training in areas from her previous experience, including management skills, customer care and telephone skills, writing skills for the web. Clients have included British Library, Sony, Belfast City Council, Eurotherm Drives and Napier University.
