Tom Nixon

Tom Nixon is the joint Managing Director of Nixon McInnes, Brighton's leading web design and online marketing agency. He started the company in his bedroom in 2000 and has seen it grow to 12 members of staff today. Tom is a passionate believer in democracy and freedom in the workplace and believes that having an amazing company culture is the bedrock of success in business. When he's not working, Tom volunteers for Age Concern on its Advocacy programme and is a mentor for The Prince's Trust.
