||We are looking for someone to carry out the work ASAP during January and early February (end date: 15th February 2017).
Fee depending on skills and experience, a flexible schedule of work can be agreed. You will work closely with the project leader.
This piece of work is part of a wider research project around community transport, health and social exclusion in Brighton and Hove, considering specifically how the combination of ICT and community transport solutions could improve the lives of socially isolated groups and individuals. The overall aim of this work package is to provide practical guidance to B&H City Council and the Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG).
The work package focuses on the following 3 types of community transport providers:
1. Commissioned Community Transport (a local company with a fleet of mini buses, commissioned by Brighton & Hove City Council and the Clinical Commissioning Group)
2. Non-commissioned community transport (a range of local community groups that run a small number of mini buses each to get end-users to activities)
3. Buddy systems (a community group matches a ‘buddy’ with an end-user to take the end-user door-to-door on a trip – using various modes of transport
Generate a data design (e.g. data model/ER diagram), identify and review off-the shelf digital/data solutions, create a data design in the form of a potential data model (captured in an ER diagram, for example), hold a workshop with the project lead and partners to identify key questions and issues the data design needs to answer/solve, consider integration with existing systems, create a list of criteria for reviewing the earlier solutions.
