Project Description:	I am looking for a PHP web developer to make some changes to a music chart website. The site has been running for nearly 4 months now and functions well though does not do itself justice aesthetically or with enjoyment of use. These changes are to genrally made the site more attractive and fun to use. The required changes include: - Design implementation based on current ideas. - Implementation of an animation peice to the rating system - Alteration to the function that forms the chart - Placement of navigational and help popups - Advertising implementation (following discussion) If you feel you would be able to help with one, some or all of the above tasks please get in touch. The ideal candidate will be a developer with some experience in design as well as knowledge of advertising.
