Project Description:	We’re urgently looking for experienced freelance Flash designer/developers to work at our Lewes offices on several eLearning courses for well known blue chip companies. The projects will run until June 2012. You will need graphical skills as well as strong Flash development and Actionscripting abilities. You must have the drive and personal discipline needed to complete tasks on time and to a high standard, with an in-built pride in your work. Skills required: • Proven experience of Adobe Flash and Actionscript 2.0/3.0 design and development • Strong multimedia graphic (Photoshop) and Flash design skills • The ability to create complex interactions using Actionscript • Good time management skills • The maturity to take ownership of your own work Experience of any the following would also be an advantage: • SCORM or AICC • MDM Zinc 2 or 3 • ASP.NET • Database Integration • HTML, CSS layout and JavaScript • Dreamweaver • 3D modelling • Any experience using version control systems (SVN, CVS)
