It’s not long now until our Members’ Christmas Meetup and we’re very much looking forward to catching-up with you then. If you don’t have your tickets yet, here are five reasons why you should join us on the 7th!

#1 Catch-up with friends and make new contacts

With an average attendance of 150 people, our Christmas Members’ Meetup offers a great chance for you to meet or catch-up with local people working in the digital, media and tech sector. That’s a lot of opportunities for knowledge sharing, collaboration and potential project work! If you’ve seen anyone you would like to be introduced to, please don’t hesitate to talk to us as we’d love to help start the conversation.

#2 Meet the Wired Sussex team and tell us more about yourself

Meetups are also an awesome opportunity to meet our team; if you haven’t already. There’s a couple of new faces this year (me included!) and we’re really looking forward to having a chat and sharing a drink or two with you.

Talk to us about you and your company, what you’ve achieved this year and your upcoming projects. The more we know about you, the more we can help shout about your news!

And if you’re wondering how you can make the most of your membership, Members’ Meetups offer a great opportunity to hear more on the subject!

#3 Get fantastic team pics

We’ll have a festive photo booth again this year – it’s a great opportunity to update your company picture for the season! You can check out last year’s gems here. Doesn’t it look fun?

#4 Hear about projects that could benefit your business

There’s a lot happening at Wired Sussex at the moment, including the launch of a bigger and better space for the Skiff, plans to establish a 5G test-bed for digital businesses, a new VR residency program, work to establish a digital hub in Bognor Regis, an extension to The FuseBox. Plus, we’re rebuilding the entire Wired Sussex website to make it a better platform for you to connect and showcase your work. So come along, chat to the Wired Sussex team and find out how you can benefit from these.

#5 Celebrate the end of year in style

Last but not least, our Members’ Christmas Meetup will be a great opportunity to celebrate the end of a great year for the sector and the work we’ve achieved together. There will be mince pies, mulled drinks and festive tunes. We’d absolutely love for you to join us for some merriment. See you there?

Register for your ticket here. Please do feel free to spread the word and invite your team mates and other (member) friends!

Also, let us know you’re coming on Twitter @WiredSussex using #WiredBrighton.

Best wishes,
