In this role, you’ll get the chance to make a measurable impact on our digital marketing. We’re looking for someone who is interested in working on an in-house brand, who has experience in SEO and paid channels and is enthusiastic about driving digital performance forwards by increasing brand visibility and conversions across our site.

This will require a strategic thinker, with strong data analysis skills and a keen focus on improving outcomes. You’ll be working with a small team of passionate marketers and will be expected to help drive our digital strategy forward.

 

Key responsibilities include:

● Measuring, analysing and reporting on digital performance across multiple channels with a results-focused approach
● Driving our digital marketing strategy, as well as gaining input and buy-in from key stakeholders
● Implementing integrated digital campaigns to increase site traffic. Including keyword research, tracking parameters and paid advertising
● Improving the conversion paths of our website to increase engagement, lead generation and goal completions
● Processing and tracking inbound leads and liaising with our telemarketing team to maximise conversion rates
● Managing and maintaining our website and ensuring it reflects our brand and current products
● Optimising our automated email workflows in Hubspot and ensuring our website visitors are being nurtured

 

 

Essential

● At least 3 years experience in a similar digital marketing role
● Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach
● Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager and Search Console
● Basic HTML coding skills, experience in editing HTML and creating landing pages
● An understanding of working with a WordPress website
● Solid experience in SEO, paid advertising and conversion rate optimisation
● Experience managing platforms such as Semrush, Adwords and Microsoft Bing

 

Desired 

● Digital marketing degree or similar qualification
● Experience of using Hubspot or similar inbound automation platforms
● Ability to write strong copy for digital channels
● Design skills or basic use of Adobe Creative suite, e.g. photoshop and InDesign
