Role: Product Manager

Reporting into: Head of Product

Who we are

Welcome to the rocket-ship!  🚀

Our story is one of high growth, huge challenges and enormous opportunities ahead of us. It began with our founder and CEO, Hannah, finding the need for a product like Futrli on the market and wanting to move the needle on the small business economy. Fast forward 5 years and we operate in 5 countries with over 40,000 customers and 100+ employees. With multiple awards under our belts and a successful Series A funding raised, it’s never been a more exciting time to join the crew.

About the role
Product Managers figure out what needs building and prioritise how and when it gets built.

They bring the vision, research and context to empower great decisions, establish realistic timeframes and competitive pricing scales. This role is core to improving existing products, and creating and building shiny new ones, you will work collaboratively with engineering,  design, sales, marketing and finance. This role is a key part of the glue that binds together our teams and long term strategy.

As a Product Manager in a busy, fast paced, ever changing environment, we’re looking for individuals who can work independently with new ideas and concepts and help to build innovative solutions that will keep us as the market leading brand in our space. You will be expected to communicate, lead and collaborate across teams, and be responsible for communicating the 'who, what & why to the company regarding roadmaps and new product releases.

What we’re looking for

We build cool stuff, stuff that solves problems, stuff that helps small business owners survive and thrive. We’re looking for experienced product managers who are intellectually curious, who know how to ask the right questions and who have the ability to think creatively outside the standard product box to solve business problems. Experience working in Agile environments, is totally desirable.

What does success look like as a Product Manager?
