Reporting into the Head of Organic, and working alongside a team of digital specialists, we’re looking for an SEO Strategy Manager to support, own, and deliver world-class Organic strategies across a wide range of diverse and varied campaigns and projects for our clients. You’ll be a hands-on leader, as willing to get stuck in to delivering on the day to day as you are discussing strategy with clients. This role is well suited to a self-starter who thrives on taking responsibility and ownership and is driven in advancing their own abilities.
Alongside the Head of Organic, you’ll develop, manage and ensure successful implementation of Organic campaigns from concept to completion. You will be responsible for the performance of client teams, resourcing, freelancer management and most importantly, the client.
The team is currently a perfect mix of technical SEO Analysts and dynamic content and outreach professionals.
This is a great opportunity to join a unique and ambitious agency and to work within a close-knit multi-disciplinary team, where we’ll have you integrated on campaigns that span all digital marketing channels and specialisms, including Brand, Performance, SEO, Content, PPC, Display, and CRO.
Review the organic strategy and scope the deliverables necessary to meet the client’s objectives
Ensure the implementation of the Organic roadmap
Setup benchmarks and articulate purpose and KPIs with the client
Work with internal client leadership teams to understand the client’s brand audience and creative assets
Work with the client to understand the digital priorities
Oversee and manage tasks within the team
Attend client meetings, provide outstanding levels of client service in a proactive manner
Ensure you hit deadlines and manage client workflows and tasks for all search related work
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate high levels of project management and Organic experience, whilst supporting the account management team. You should demonstrate your proactive nature and take the initiative to identify areas for improvement to the clients and within team projects.
Demonstrated experience in SEO

Understanding of the synergy between SEO, paid media, display and social activity
Strong project management and organisational skills
Client relationship skills – including experienced presentation skills
