About us

We are a small, friendly team based by the sea in Hove at the inspiring co-working office Platform 9. The Digital Leadership Forum is a membership organisation and we run monthly digital transformation events in London for leading brands including; Dell Technologies, Lloyds Banking Group, Intel, Unilever, GSK, HSBC, AXA PPP Healthcare, Pfizer, Barclays, Slack, BT, G4S and Baker McKenzie. Topics include digital transformation, AI, future of work, digital marketing and diversity and inclusion. We run half-day sessions, workshops and breakfast sessions within our member’s offices.


Job description

This is 3 month paid internship with a strong possibility of a permanent role for the right person who can hit the ground running. We’re looking for someone who is detail orientated, ready to throw themselves in and a flexible team player. You will be supporting our team in the organisation of London based membership events and managing the administration of our membership community. As well as all of the event preparation and administration, you will be responsible for running the events on the day (max 100 attendees) so a confident, friendly and professional manner is a must. We will be closing this role as soon as we find the right person.

  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Experience in a people-facing role
  • MS Office proficient (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, outlook etc.)
  • Experience working with databases and CRM systems (desirable)

Main Responsibilities

  • Organising the logistics for monthly events
  • Responsible for ensuring the events run smoothly on the day
  • Responding to enquiries by phone and email
  • Managing registrations on Eventbrite
  • Managing the CRM database and ensuring accurate and tidy
  • Supporting the team with administrative tasks
  • Ensuring accuracy and consistency across marketing materials
  • Sending out event reminder emails to attendees
  • Creating and updating marketing documents
  • Organising team socials and birthdays
