No two days in the life of a Junior Technical Services Consultant will be the same. We are looking for someone who can handle technical escalations, speak across departments and communicate complex subjects in a clear and concise way, bridging the gap between our Systems and Customer Operations team. You will be confident delivering technical products for our customers alongside owning, maintaining and improving all aspects of deliverability for Pure360 customers.

Key duties and responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with ISPs / Spam Filters

  • Oversee and maintain good deliverability across our range of IPs

  • Understand and apply industry policies and procedures related to email deliverability issues

  • Work closely with Systems teams to identify areas for improvement and own these projects through to completion

  • Assist with productionising tools and environments

  • Offer integration consultancy to our prospects and customers

  • Act as an escalation point on technical matters for our Account Management team

  • Liaison between Systems & Customer facing teams

  • Deliver our data and integration services on behalf of our customers

 

Essential skills:

  • Foundation knowledge of Linux systems

  • Understanding of ESPs and email campaigning

  • Strong organisational and influencing skills

  • Confident working with web APIs

  • Basic SQL

  • Advanced Excel Skills

  • Confident working with and analysing data

  • Knowledge of DNS

Desirable skills:

  • Experience working with MTAs

  • Wider digital marketing industry knowledge
