Job description: QA Analyst
Reports to: Front End Lead
One of the fastest growing PropTech companies in the UK, with double digit year on year growth, Homeflow is a SaaS business with a very bright future! We are looking for a QA, based in the Brighton office, to support the growth of the team as the company matures. This is a great opportunity for the right person to take a challenging role, and to be involved in the development of the company. The growing sales and support teams are located in London, the other office, where this role may travel to on occasion.
You will be responsible for a variety of tasks (as listed below, not exhaustive).

Responsibilities and experience
Your duties will include (but not be limited to) the following:
Ensure all tickets in a pending deployment have been completed to the appropriate standard
Create tickets for new issues found
Provide assistance to support/customer success with issues/queries that can be fixed without development work
Monitor tickets and workflows to ensure smooth development processes
Jira management and administration
The ideal candidate will have the following experience and attributes:
Professional QA experience
Familiarity with Agile workflows
Knowledge of project management tools (especially Jira)
Some degree of competency with HTML and CSS
Good knowledge of cross-browser and mobile testing strategies
Strong communication and teamwork skills
