We are a small, friendly company based by the sea in Hove. This role could be part-time or full-time depending on your level of experience.

  • We’re looking for a confident, ambitious and commercially-minded conference producer looking to take on increased responsibility and deliver our monthly member sessions
  • As the conference producer you will have end-to-end responsibility for planning the monthly sessions from conception through to overseeing the delivering on the day and analysing feedback.
  • The role involves working directly with the company directors to grow and enhance the product and service offering so a confident, pro-active and professional manner is essential

Responsibilities include

  • Conducting extensive desktop and telephone research to create cutting-edge member sessions with speakers, panels, demos and breakout groups
  • Sourcing, securing and briefing high quality, industry leading speakers
  • Pro-actively collating and analysing member feedback and attendance data to continuously improve the product offering
  • Writing copy to promote the sessions for web/email/social media
  • Analysing all survey feedback and taking actions to ensure the continuous development of our membership offering and topic relevance
  • Supporting the session facilitator to deliver the session on the day
  • Driving continual improvement in the programme by conducting ongoing analysis and ensuring agreed actions are carried out

Requirements preferable

  • A genuine and demonstrable interest in digital technologies/AI/future of work/digital marketing/digital transformation
  • Proven success in a conference production role
  • Proven success in project management
  • Proven success in a previous line-manager role
  • Experience of working with C-level executives
