We are looking for an Audience Engagement Executive to join our growing team.

Day to day duties will include:

  • Develop, foster, and maintain relationships with attendees
  • Work closely with sales, operations and management to ensure on-going customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with various marketing efforts, including attending tradeshows.
  • Ensure data is kept up to date, cleansing outdated information
  • Communicate with outside organisations to facilitate with things like hotel bookings.
  • Being the main point of contact for any queries from attendees, providing first class customer service at all times

The ideal candidate will have the following:

  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • The ability to anticipate, identify and resolve simple to complex problems
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent personal computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
