We are looking for an Audience Engagement Executive to join our growing team.
Day to day duties will include:
- Develop, foster, and maintain relationships with attendees
- Work closely with sales, operations and management to ensure on-going customer satisfaction.
- Assist with various marketing efforts, including attending tradeshows.
- Ensure data is kept up to date, cleansing outdated information
- Communicate with outside organisations to facilitate with things like hotel bookings.
- Being the main point of contact for any queries from attendees, providing first class customer service at all times
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Strong interpersonal skills
- The ability to anticipate, identify and resolve simple to complex problems
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent personal computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
