Design Administration Assistant

We are an international art publishers, printers and framers, with a design studio and factory situated in Newhaven. We work directly with galleries and artists worldwide to bring customers exclusive, museum quality images. We're trusted in the art world to supply major exhibitions, designing and printing bespoke retail products for leading art institutions and our own retail website.

Extra support is required in the Design team to assist the existing Coordination staff with administrative duties. This will comprise of processing orders, packing and sending samples, setting up new products on our ordering system and dealing with customer enquiries. As well as being flexible and helping out where needed. 

No two days are the same, and we regularly work to tight deadlines, often needing to pull together as a team to achieve something.

We are looking for someone with an appetite to learn, who can quickly involve themselves as part of the team. Strong attention to detail and thoroughness is key to the success of this role. 

Essential Criteria

Good understanding of Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with Google Drive

Thorough and detail-minded approach to tasks

An active interest in the arts


Higher education qualification in a relevant area

Experience using Macs and Adobe programmes

Experience of working in an office environment
