Primarily you will be responsible for the management of a portfolio of client accounts within Seed
You will be expected to ensure existing and new clients are delighted with the service they receive from our team, to ensure projects are well-managed, communicated, and delivered on time. You will be expected to build and maintain relationships with clients often through regular face-to-face contact and meetings.
You will need to have a well-rounded digital marketing skillset with a comprehensive understanding of the three core channels Seed offers; Organic Search (SEO), Paid Search (PPC), and Paid Social. You have great communication skills, excellent attention to detail, creative writing skills and the ability to multi-task a variety of goals and deadlines in a constantly changing environment. You will develop into a Client Partner across a portfolio of accounts, working with our team to support in delivering the best possible results for our clients.
Your Skills: Requirements
Previous experience working within an agency (preferably in digital but minimum of 6 months).
Experience of managing projects with a love of systems and processes.
Excellent written and spoken English and a good attention to detail.
Be highly organised and be able to balance you own workload and deliver on time.
Have a positive, can-do attitude, that adds energy and enthusiasm to our team.
Experience of writing briefs, managing marketing campaign delivery and ensuring quality of work is upheld.
Deep understanding of digital marketing channels (organic search, paid search and paid social).
Decent working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads and Google DataStudio.
Your key areas of focus
You will immerse yourself in your client's businesses, feeling to them as though you are an extension of their team, ensuring the client knows what we've been working on, and the results we've achieved.
Make sure our team keep on track with the project deliverables and roadmap. Help unblock team members by solving challenges with clients, and ensure the team then carries out the strategy and delivers results.
Identify opportunities to increase retainers for existing clients, and up sell additional services to them when they require it or when additional budget becomes available.
The role offers a great deal of scope for personal and professional development, with progression within the business towards senior roles, including Client Partner and Account Director.
What you can expect from us
Salary up to £25k - £30k per annum (depending on experience).
