Business Intelligence Analyst

Full time - 37 Hours per week
£26,680 per annum
The role is responsible for administering and developing key information systems at YMCA DownsLink Group. It provides the organisation with operational business intelligence (regarding our service delivery to clients, HR and housing management systems); this enables the organisation to both manage data on a day to day basis as well as monitor and understand performance.
The postholder will be in a small team within a busy office developing and supporting our key business systems; we are looking for someone enthusiastic and confident at both handling and analysing data and communicating with people. Applicants must have good technical skills and experience in developing and maintaining information systems, building reports and analysing data.
For the right candidate we will be able to offer full training on our key systems. In return you will need to demonstrate that you have the ability to learn new skills quickly and have the necessary skills to resolve technical problems swiftly and positively.
