Job Type: Full-Time (37.5 Hours - Monday to Friday)

Working Hours: 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Role Level: 1-2 years experience

Salary:  £21K - £24K per year depending on experience

Job Description

The Digital Account Executive is an exciting role that focuses on managing business development activities and communicating with clients based in the US. The ideal candidate for this role will have a genuine interest in SEO, possibly with some relevant previous work experience in this field. 

You will gain a good level of understanding across on page, technical and off page SEO. You will learn how to use SEO performance and auditing tools including BrightLocal, Local Viking, Local Falcon, Google Analytics, SEO Moz, Ahrefs and Majestic.

Main duties include:

  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with new customers and existing clients with meticulous customer service 

  • Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts, onboarding and streamlining and improving strategies to maximise profit

  • Forecast and track key account metrics and develop reports to clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders

  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

Person Specification 

Qualifications: Educated to degree level or equivalent technical or professional qualifications or equivalent experience

Skills / Abilities -  Essential

  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year previous experience in a sales role in a digital marketing agency environment

  • Familiarity with current technologies like desktop sharing, cloud services and VoIP

  • Experience with Google Docs, cloud services, and other technology tools

  • Self-directed and able to work without supervision
