Imagine….you’re working as a Marketing Manager in central Brighton. You’re given the freedom to make the role your own, with support from our CMO and sales & marketing team. You’re autonomous and hands on, bringing creativity and new ideas that are not only welcomed but celebrated.

Thanks to your background, which involves growing and scaling software products, you’ve fitted in effortlessly to an exciting startup team (which operates within an established software company). They’re as passionate as you when it comes to making people's working lives more fulfilling through design-lead SaaS solutions and can’t wait to benefit from your experience.

Your new work space is located on the 9th floor with stunning views of the sea and the Downs and, whilst the slightly temperamental lift can cause problems, it’s more than outweighed by the company’s mature and flexible approach to work life balance and great benefits.

If you’ve been searching for a role just like this, you’ve found it at Bright.
