Our platform supports nine innovative modules that allow our customers – including many of the world’s leading airlines, rail operators and travel companies – to send real-time, personalised notifications to inform, advise and update passengers.
It means our customers can offer the highest possible quality of service, particularly when things go wrong with delays, cancellations or diversions, while achieving new levels of operational efficiency by using the latest tech.

Who we do it for
From launching our first solution with our first customer – Ryanair – in 2002 to working with many of the world’s largest and most successful travel brands, it’s been quite a journey so far for 15below.
Our customers include British Airways, Lufthansa, Cathay Pacific, jetBlue, SWISS, Qantas, TUI, Carlson Wagonlit Travel and more than 40 other leading travel brands.
As we’ve significantly added to our customer community over recent years, we’ve also expanded our team – both in Brighton and in our additional offices in Sydney, Australia and Vilnius, Lithuania.
