Job Description:

Plugin Boutique is an audio software eCommerce store that has been proudly representing the world’s leading music software manufacturers since 2012.

Priding ourselves on high standards in business and customer representation, we are looking for an enthusiastic and felicitous new member to join our Brighton team. This role is focused on delivering the best possible customer experience to our users and will predominantly involve answering support requests via email, live chat and telephone. While some requests will be general guidance; others will require detailed investigation and pragmatic problem solving. The successful candidate will be the first line of contact on the website and will be expected to represent Plugin Boutique in a positive and professional manner. A keen interest in helping others and music technology will be deemed advantageous.

Job role:

  • Online live chat support.
  • Email ticket support.
  • Telephone support.
  • Website admin.
  • Product maintenance.
  • Listening and reporting users feedback.
  • Liaising with support manager.
Skills Range:
  • Excellent written and verbal English.
  • Enjoy problem solving/troubleshooting.

The successful applicant will be bright, enthusiastic and helpful with excellent organisation and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
