Job Description:

Do you have 5+ years experience in digital marketing?

Join our team in a full-time role as a Digital Marketing Executive.

This permanent position would suit an experienced digital marketer looking to continue a career in the industry.

Due to Identity’s successes in 2017, we now require a full-time Digital Marketing Executive to support their growing digital team. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a diverse and talented division, whilst working in an award-winning office environment. Expect a team full of skilled and highly driven people with bags of passion and a real can-do attitude. We are looking for someone who has at least five years’ experience in the industry who is passionate about digital marketing.

The ability to communicate on all levels with excellent attention to detail is a crucial element of the role and one which demonstrates Identity’s expertise in the industry. You will be working on a variety of projects for some of the most successful companies in the UK and internationally.

Previous experience working in a digital, marketing or creative agency is highly desirable.

Skills Range:


  • Campaign management (big brand experience a plus)
  • PPC (AdWords, paid social, display, programmatic)
  • SEO/SEM (local/national/international)
  • Expert level Google Analytics

  • Strong copywriting skills
  • Email marketing
  • Website auditing & user experience (UX)
  • HTML/CMS (Wordpress etc)
Person Specification:


  • 5 years’ experience in a similar agency role with proven track record
  • Minimum Maths and English GCSE grade C or above
  • Native English language speaker (French or other languages would be beneficial)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly numerate, analytical and data driven
  • Strong attention to detail
  • High level of motivation, drive and focus
  • Ability to forward-plan and self-manage to achieve optimum outcome
  • Supportive team player
  • Creative thinking, good eye for design
  • Confident, engaging, positive attitude
