We're an award-winning digital agency based in Eastbourne, specialising in bespoke websites and applications for high growth businesses. We work with B2B and B2C clients in a wide range of sectors including finance, travel, construction, publishing, healthcare, utilities, fast moving consumer goods, and professional audio.

Job Description:

We are fortunate that our business is growing fast, so we are constantly on the lookout for new web developers to join our busy digital agency in Eastbourne.

We are looking for a full time web developer to join our busy digital agency in Eastbourne.

This role is not just about knocking out websites. You'll be working on large, custom-built projects for high growth businesses - it could be a stock control system, tablet or mobile app, web page layout, ecommerce store, building a report, analysing user behaviour, etc.

If you think Wordpress sucks, then we want to speak to you.

Participate in Burger Day, Cake Week, and company social events
No cramming, all-nighters or other stupid agency bullshit
Flexible working hours
It's easy to park or get the train to our offices

Skills Range:

Don't worry if you are not a guru in all of these areas. It's better that you are exceptional in a few and can demonstrate your ability to learn rather than being below average across the board. We'll train you.

Front End

HTML5 and CSS3 (ideally with preprocessor knowledge)
Javascript (modern, RequireJS, Node.js, etc)

Build Chain

Grunt, Composer
Test Driven Development, Continuous Integration



Strategic and Communication Skills

Write clearly and concisely
An eye for good design and UK
Understand continuous improvement principles
Familiar with digital marketing, especially data analysis and conversion rate optimisation


We're not interested in whether you can use Photoshop.


Ideally, you should have at least 2 years experience within an agency or an in-house team.

Additional Information:

Salary depending on experience and ability, with 24 days annual leave in addition to bank holidays.
