This vacancy is for someone who has International customer administration experience. This would range from processing orders and invoices through to communicating with our International customers. International experience is required along with a knowledge of import/export documentation processes including Certificates of Origin, EUR1, ATR's, Letters of Credit, Free Sale Certificates and dangerous goods.

Knowledge of Excel, Sage 200 and Word.
2 years experience of International administration and sales to include strong communication skills and knowledge of import/export documentation and procedures including Certificates of Origin, EUR1, ATR's, Letters of Credit, Free Sale Certificates and dangerous goods.
|Person Specification: |
Ideally the applicant should have two years’ experience in administration and sales, preferably in the International market. Training will be given on our systems as required.
They should also possess organisational and communication skills and have the ability to work independently and in a team.
The applicant should be PC literate with experience of Sage 200, Word and Excel.
The position is office based in Sayers Common (West Sussex) and own transport is required. The International Customer Adminsitration Executive will work with the Head of International Sales and International New Business Manager & Account Executive.
