Brighton and Hove
Closing date: 31/05/2017
Red Setter is the UK’s leading new business and PR agency for the design industry and we are looking for a Media Consultant to join our team to help our clients secure a steady stream of media coverage.
We are looking for you to demonstrate excellent writing skills to capture our client’s thoughts and get these thoughts placed in our target media. We are looking for someone with energy for this fast-paced role who has a genuine interest in the design world and creative industries and loves getting on the phone to build relationships with our key journalists.
Red Setter is based in Brighton’s North Laine, our team of 15 senior marketers and PR professionals work with some of the UK’s best design and advertising agencies helping them grow their reputations and win major new accounts with global brands.
Our clients are all creative agencies, delivering branding, packaging, marketing and digital to a wide range of sectors from FMCG to property, retail to transport. We are partners with the industry body, the Design Business Association. We know this sector, and are well known in it as the people to go to when an agency wants to grow its reputation or client base.
We take a different approach to many traditional PR agencies – working with the UK’s best feature writers to produce outstanding editorial for our clients, and integrating our campaigns with new business activity – and we get outstanding results – from national newspapers to leading trade titles such as The Grocer and Property Week, and our own sector press like Design Week, The Drum and Campaign.
