| Job purpose: • To prospect, identify and sell Kineo solutions to clients, to include Kineo’s full range of solutions including e-learning, blended learning, Moodle, Totara, consulting, capability building and any other solutions that Kineo bring to market. • To be responsible for the proposal development and pitching of these solutions to clients. • To grow and manage key client relationships with a focus on excellent service and account growth Reporting line: to Kineo Head of Solutions Responsibilities: • To identify prospects for Kineo and undertake prospecting activities to build pipeline of opportunities • To take responsibility for new pitch opportunities including meeting prospects, responding to ITTs and RFPs, coordinating and developing proposal and pitch materials, and to present and negotiate to satisfactory terms • To ensure involvement from Kineo’s production team in solution design, pricing technical and timeline input to proposals • To ensure smooth transition of any non-product solutions into Kineo’s production teams, ensuring clear briefing and coordination and continued support of production teams • To develop account plans for key clients • To manage accounts and ensure client management and service quality meets Kineo standards to maximise potential for repeat business • Undertake own proposals and presentations and pitch to clients • Monitor and report on sales via Kineo’s CRM • To undertake marketing activities such as running seminars, website articles, social networking strategies, attendance at tradeshow events, etc as required • Any other responsibilities as defined by the employer | |

| Characteristics: Essential • Highly enthusiastic, flexible and dynamic individual comfortable working in a fast-paced growth company, on multiple projects with tight deadlines • Ability to present ideas to clients and experience of sales presentations • Ability to write compelling proposals • Ability to run marketing and networking activities, including seminars and workshops • Strong communication skills: capable explaining rationale of decisions to clients, communicating progress and updates to clients and to colleagues, communicating design aspects and requirements to graphic designers and technical teams members • Strong IT capabilities in range of MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), comfortable learning new applications including e-learning authoring tools and graphics application packages Desirable • E-learning design experience, ability to develop creative approaches to solution design • Moodle LMS experience |
