| This role will provide team leadership, expertise, delivery and consulting to a variety of clients. Working with a team and reporting to the Managing Director, the Support Consultant must understand a client’s problem, propose a viable solution and guide the implementation of that solution within the client’s environment. For the right candidate cross-training will be given in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Window Intune. | |

To do this, they will need to possess some essential skills and abilities: • Highly self-motivated and goal orientated. • The ability to show initiative and lead others to a solution. • An intelligent, analytical and pragmatic approach to problem solving. • Excellent relationship building skills with clients and colleagues. • Experience in report writing and demonstration-giving. • First class written and verbal communication skills. • The enthusiasm and ability to motivate and inspire others, as both a leader and a team player. • The ability to effectively prioritise, delegate and deliver in a high-pressure environment. • The resilience to approach challenging issues with a positive and fresh outlook. • Excellent Mentoring and Coaching Skills to support the Cloud9’s professional development scheme. Technical Qualifications and Skills • IT-related degree preferred, but not essential. • Microsoft Certified Professional – premium level preferred, i.e. MCITP, MCDBA, MCSD • Essential experience of the following specific technologies: o Microsoft SharePoint 2010 o Microsoft Exchange 2010 • Experience in the following is also desirable, but not essential: o Microsoft Lync 2010 o Microsoft Office 2010 o Microsoft .Dynamics CRM 2011 o Microsoft Windows 7 o ITIL Support qualification |
