Wired Sussex Membership Terms and Conditions

Please read the terms and conditions of membership of Wired Sussex before continuing with the application process. You will need to accept these in order to become a member of Wired Sussex. We suggest that you print and retain a copy of these terms for future reference.

1. Introduction

1.1 Welcome to the Wired Sussex Membership scheme. Wired Sussex Limited (company no.: 3240234) is a not for profit organisation. By joining our Membership scheme you agree to be bound by the Members Terms and the website Terms and Conditions of use and the Privacy Policy (together the "Terms").

1.2 If you do not accept all the Terms, you should not use the Site.

1.3 We may amend these Terms at any time without prior notice.

1.4 Your continued use of the Site means that you accept any amendments to the Terms.

2. Membership

2.1 You may register as a Member of Wired Sussex by completing and submitting the online registration form and paying online using our secure online payment provider Worldpay.

2.2 If you choose to pay using our application form it needs to be accompanied by your membership fee (cheque).

2.3 You must pay your membership fees by sending a cheque to Wired Sussex Limited, 9 Castle Square, Brighton, East Sussex, BN1 1DZ.

2.4 If your payment is not forth coming, Wired Sussex reserves the right to suspend your membership and remove your details from the Directory.

2.5 Membership is not transferable and a Member shall cease to be a Member:

2.5.1 in the case of an individual, on death, on becoming of unsound mind, on becoming bankrupt or any analogous arrangement;

2.5.3.1 being an unincorporated body is dissolved;

2.5.3.2 being an incorporated body is wound up, enters into receivership or liquidation or any analogous arrangement; 3. Indemnities

3. Membreship Definitions

3.1 Number of Employees means the total amount of full time salaried or contracted staff

3.2 Suppliers are defined as Suppliers to the digital media industry (for example Accountants, Solicitors)

4.1 You agree to indemnify Wired Sussex against all legal fees, damages and other expenses that may be incurred by Wired Sussex as a result of your breach of any of these Terms.
