Do you want to see your story on the big screen?

The Digital City project

Brighton's new Film Festival, CINE CITY, are working in collaboration with Brighton's not for profit [DADA] Digital Arts Development Association on a 'Digital City' project for the festival. Four artists using video, sound and photography will be working with up to 30 Brighton and Hove residents to help bring their stories to the big screen. The project aims to investigate people's links to their city. The link could be with an area, a building, or a moment in history. Each person will be filmed by an artist and have their words and images used to create a one minute video piece that will be shown as part of the CINE CITY film festival. The screenings will take place across the city in venues ranging from the Duke of York's Picturehouse to Charlie's Cafe in St. Ann's Wells Gardens to online at the festival website: www.cine-city.co.uk. The Digital City Project is funded by Arts Council England, South East and Brighton & Hove City Council.
