Martin Searle Solicitors, a Brighton and Croydon law firm, have recently launched a new website – http://www.ms-solicitors.co.uk
– and want to find out how they can make it even more useful for their visitors.
Over the last seven and a half years, Martin Searle Solicitors have been committed to providing individuals and businesses in the community with practical legal advice, both online and face to face. After creating and sharing over 120 pages of information, factsheets and case studies in the areas of employment, community care and housing law, the previous Martin Searle Solicitors website had become cluttered and hard to navigate.
The new website was developed in collaboration with Makemedia, an award-winning Brighton-based digital media agency, whose brief was to design and build a website where visitors and clients could easily access a wealth of resources to help them understand their legal rights and responsibilities.
During the three month period from the initial meeting to the official launch, Makemedia have worked with Martin Searle Solicitors to ensure that the law firms’ key values – approachability, commitment, ethics, honesty and integrity – are at the heart of the new website.
Fiona Martin, Director and Head of the Employment Team, says: “We have found working with Makemedia extremely stress-free and efficient. We had an ambitious schedule wherein the website would be completed within three months from beginning to end. The Makemedia team was extremely responsive to our needs and wanted to build a website that reflected our services. My team was extremely impressed with Makemedia’s listening skills. The end product is the result of our requests translated into an attractive, user-friendly website.”
The new website has already received a string of positive feedback, with many visitors stating that they feel the company to be trustworthy and approachable. One visitor said the site showed “the human face of law”, and felt that Martin Searle Solicitors would “care about my problems, however small they were.”
Martin Searle Solicitors value their visitor’s feedback. With this in mind, £50 in Amazon.co.uk vouchers are up for grabs for whoever pitches the best idea on how to develop their new website further. They’re open to any and all suggestions. They will be picking a winner from the entrants on Friday the 30th of March. To pitch your idea, just visit the Martin Searle Solicitors website, take a look around, and email email@example.com
with your idea. You can find all of the competition rules on the Martin Searle Solicitors website here - http://www.ms-solicitors.co.uk/2012/02/amazon-vouchers-in-exchange-for-bright-ideas/
