We are also in the process of setting up the Ecostorm Trust which is set to launch in October 2008.

Job Description: You will be working alongside the Ecostorm directors, staff and freelancers. You will be expected to carry out a variety of tasks – including research and development projects, in a fast moving and deadline-driven environment. Your tasks will include:
  • Focusing on marketing & PR; identifying potential outlets for Ecostorm's work to be acknowledged, with the outcome of generating work.
  • Assisting with the development of the Ecostorm Trust – locating potential funders for projects & assisting with writing reports for funding bids.
  • For the above specification, some research into specific projects may be necessary in order to locate suitable funders.
  • Identifying online marketing opportunities for Ecostorm and developing a cost-effective way of implementing this.

The role would suit an individual looking to advance their career in charitable based development, fundraising, marketing & PR.

We are flexible regarding the position being 12 weeks part-time or 6 weeks full-time, although the intern may find the part-time option more beneficial as they will have the option to work on a range of projects.
