Talent2017 Jobs Fair Videos: Helping You Progress With Your Career In The Digital Sector

Talent2017 was a 3-day skills festival for the digital sector. On the first day of the festival we ran the region’s largest digital careers fair which brought together key elements to provide attendees with advice and contact to start – or progress with – an exciting, challenging and rewarding career. INTERN PLACEMENT PROGRAMME

  What is it? The Intern Placement Programme (IPP) sourced and placed interns in creative, digital, media and tech roles for 6 week grant-supported placements. This project was run in response to an identified need in the sector for SMEs to receive support in recruiting new junior talent.   What value does it offer to the cluster? Through this scheme we offered consultancy HR support, a bespoke application filtering system, access to large pool of talent as well as a contribution to the intern salary during the placement.
