Open Studios: Talent Week: Call For Participants Now Live!

Looking to attract new talent to your company? Showcase the fantastic, creative and innovative work you do at this year’s Open Studios: Talent Week.

What’s Open Studios?

For 5 days this October as part of Brighton Digital Festival, our members are invited to open their doors and hold an event in Open Studios: Talent Week. Whether you’re a small or large company, we’d love you to be involved!

The week is a fantastic opportunity to raise your company profile within the community, showcase what you do and attract new talent to your business.

Why should you get involved?

Looking to recruit? Meet talented people during the Open Studios week, from freelancers, junior staff to employees with years of experience.

There are multiple benefits to holding an event as part of Open Studios: Talent Week:

  • It's an easy, low-resources way to take part in Brighton Digital Festival
  • Get your company name out to talented job seekers
  • Connect with local freelancers for potential collaboration
  • Show off your swanky offices and amazing company culture
  • Shout about why your company is such a great place to work
  • Give insight to the skills and experience needed for a career in the industry… and especially in your company
  • It's an excuse to celebrate all things digital

Who can take part?

Brighton based members looking to recruit are open to host an Open Studios. Any of our Brighton-based member companies are welcome to hold an event as part of Open Studios: Talent Week, whether large or small.

It’s totally free to take part and also a free and open brief, which you organise in-house. To give you an idea of previous years, we have seen talks, taster workshops, hacks, BBQs, training sessions and Lego races.
