Our Skills Festival for the Digital Sector

We are excited to announce that our annual flagship talent festival ‘TALENT FEST 2019’ is returning for a third consecutive year. The festival helps digital businesses attract, train and retain the talent they need to thrive, grow and deliver great work. At the heart of the festival is the championing of diversity in the workforce and empowering businesses to build more inclusive workplaces.

TALENT FEST 2019 consists of a: Jobs Fair, Portfolio Clinic and Skills Summit.


Jobs Fair
Tuesday 18th June, The Clarendon Centre

The Jobs Fair showcases the best digital companies and job opportunities from across the region to over 1,500+ active and engaged job seekers who want careers in the digital, media and tech sector.

Taking part in the Jobs Fair gives you the chance to meet and employ talented people and raise the profile of your business as a great place to work. If you would like an opportunity to showcase your company to 1,500+ job seekers, check out how to get involved.

Portfolio Clinic
Wednesday 19th June, Sallis Benney Theatre

Our Portfolio Clinic connects some of Brighton’s top creative agencies with aspiring designers who are looking for advice and guidance on crafting an outstanding portfolio.

Skills Summit
Thursday 20th June, The Old Market

The Skills Summit is a dedicated peer-to-peer business conference where executives, managers and founders join inspiring leaders and thinkers for a conversation about how we can attract and support a diverse workforce, and create inclusive workplaces for all.

Tickets to this exclusive day will be limited to just 80 places to ensure that meaningful conversations and contributions are had by all in attendance.
