Talent Fest 2020: Share Your Expertise with Talented Job Seekers (Call for Speakers)

We are excited to be offering speaker opportunities at Talent Fest 2020: Jobs Fair, the largest digital, creative and tech careers fair in the South East.

Over a week in April, we’re holding our annual digital skills festival Talent Fest 2020 to provide our members with the opportunities and support they need to attract, train and retain talent.

Talent Fest 2020: Jobs Fair will be taking place in Brighton on Wednesday 29th April and we are expecting over 1000 attendees. The audience at the Jobs Fair ranges from college students to graduates, people who are already in employment that are looking for their next step and return to work parents.

We are looking for speakers from businesses and freelancers in the digital, creative, marketing and tech sector to share their experience and expertise, give practical tips and ideas for finding that dream job. Some topics we think our attendees would love to hear about are: 

• Getting the skills to become a designer, a programmer, or a game dev
• Developing a career action plan
• Taking the next step in your career
• Upskilling in the digital industry
• Returning to work after career break

Whether you are an experienced presenter or wanting to try your hand at public speaking for the first time, this is a safe and friendly opportunity to share your stories and experience to inform and inspire our attendees.

If you are interested in giving a talk, we would be really keen to hear your ideas. There’s limited availability, so don’t delay in sending us an expression of interest through this form and we will be in touch. The deadline to send your application is 31st January 2020.
