We are offering two Kickstart placements for 18-24 year olds to start their career in the digital sector.
Wired Sussex provides support to the region’s digital, media and technology businesses, helping them to start, scale and succeed.
We run an innovation centre, The FuseBox. Based 10 minutes walk from Brighton station, the FuseBox provides collaborative R&D spaces and access to expertise and technology to individuals, start-ups, large companies and project teams. It hosts a 5G testbed, an immersive content lab and an events space. The FuseBox is where we help people with interesting and imaginative ideas to make them real.
We’re looking for two bright, friendly and reliable individuals with a strong interest in technology and innovation to act as studio assistants in the space.
You will learn how to support our events, residents and projects, as well as how to ensure that the FuseBox functions safely and efficiently. We offer training and support, including practical 1-2-1 guidance from our Innovation and Technology Manager. The Wired Sussex team will also provide practical support and advice to help you develop your CV and online presence for future job applications.
