Talent Fest 2021

Talent Fest was a BLAST! - thank you for coming!

Now that we are emerging from a year of lockdown and uncertainty, it’s time to start planning the future for digital businesses. How can we best connect jobseekers, graduates, career switchers and returners to work, from diverse backgrounds and outside of our Brighton bubble with rewarding, fulfilling work?

Alongside our year round jobs board, where you can find the latest digital media and tech opportunities, we hosted a five-day event from the 15th to the 19th November to boost our region’s thriving digital industry; helping businesses hire, nurture and keep the most talented people – the people we need, to grow and deliver great work.

We can see the great work that is already being done by our members and the ambition for us to collectively improve.
To help aid, support and celebrate this, we’ve put together some resources, case studies and best practices with the Wired Sussex Diversity Toolkit. Check it out
