At Wired Sussex, we speak to companies seeking talent every day and we promote hundreds of job adverts every year.

We know what works and we're here to help. 

You've written your job advert. The copy is great. You've followed all our guidelines.

Ads on our Jobs Board will get traffic. But there are lots of companies out there all looking to attract a relatively small number of applicants. 

Here are a couple of simple tips to help you stand out:

1. Choose the job ad package that suits you best

2. Be proactive

If candidates won't come to you, maybe you can go to them. We have a CV database with thousands of candidates who have all posted their profiles for prospective recruiters.

3. Get social!

We have thousands of social media followers on Twitter. When you upload an ad to our site, we will automatically share your advert with our audience.
