About the brief

Over the last 18 months we have grown our charity's digital and online profile by:

• Investing in a new website

• Introducing new online booking processes to create efficiencies and improve user experience

The COVID-19 pandemic accelerated aspects of this, and we want maintain this pace to complete our ‘digital transformation’ to improve the experience to service users and staff and to deliver important process efficiencies.

The key deliverable of this project is to select and implement an IT solution that:

• Supports our digital strategy by moving key processes online, integrating systems and optimising IT solutions

• Stores all service user data, information and associated CRM (attendance, billing etc) in one place

• Delivers an online ‘one stop shop’ for users to make bookings and manage their account

• Increases team capacity by creating efficiencies in Operations, Finance and HR processes

• Provides an online Staff and Volunteer self-service portal

• Enables flexible real-time monitoring and reporting
