About the brief

A regular client of ours has tasked us with ensuring that all tracking (used for informing UX and CRO) opportunities is correctly in place ahead of working on an optimising project with them. For this reason it is imperative this is set up correctly to accurately record user interactions through their website.

Working alongside our UX consultancy and analytics team to define the data layer and setup robust tracking in Google Tag Manager and analytics for a retained client. There is scope for working with us on a more regular basis after this initial projects completion.

Please email your day rate and a rough timeframe you would anticipate for setting up the below:

Key tasks involved:

- Mapping user interactions across websites

- Setting up event tracking in GTM

- Setting up custom funnels based on marketing input

- Setting goals based on business/UX/marketing KPIs - e.g contact form submissions, enquiries

- Building a custom Data Studio Dashboard taking into account all marketing, UX and CRO input.

- A/B Testing

There is also scope to work with us on a regular basis and be our go to Analytics set up professional with other clients.
