About the brief

We are looking for an e-learning consultant to design, develop and deliver an e-learning course to train REActors on the knowledge, skills and attitudes needed to effectively document and respond to human rights violations presented by clients. We expect that the quality and effectiveness of the e-learning course will be existing in-person training such that we are able to confidently offer it to partners as a cost-effective and environmentally friendly alternative to in-person REAct trainings, the usage of which outlasts and is sustained beyond the necessity for virtual trainings imposed by COVID-19 restrictions.

We are seeking proposals from individuals who have:

-Experience of creating successful e-learning courses which encourages participation and engagement. Your response should include examples of previous work

-Experience developing participatory adult curricula digital training tools for non-profit, philanthropic sector or related field

-Applied understanding of balancing budgets and timelines to achieve effective learning outcomes.

- Attention to detail to ensure the highest quality of product

-Understanding of how digital content can improve reach and engagement

-Experience of following company brand guidelines

-Excellent written and spoken English.

-Ability and commitment to deliver the expected results within the agreed period of time.

We estimate this piece of work will take place over a 3 month period with an expected start date of 3rd May 2021 and end date 30th July 2021.
