About the brief

The FCA has a new set of rules coming into force by 2024 under the Consumer Duty Regulations. The Duty means consumers should get communications they can understand, products and services that meet their needs and offer fair value, and they get the customer support they need, when they need it. Our client has undertaken customer journey mapping across the business and now needs help to move the company to a customer centric mindset. This will include finding and developing a more holistic customer experience across the business, creating trust and transparency in the products they offer as mandated by the FCA.
