Who we are
Avert is a UK-based organisation that has been working at the forefront of HIV education for the past 30 years.
Through our award-winning educational website, other digital channels, and partnerships with local civil society organisations working in some of the hardest hit countries, we reached 10 million people last year with information, tools and resources that empowered them with knowledge to take action on HIV.
What we do
Avert has an extensive, highly successful website, www.avert.org that provides over 200 pages of information and educational material on HIV/AIDS. Avert is also involved in project work that is carried out in countries such as South Africa.
