International Student Internships with GB MET

As part of an Erasmus+ student mobility project, Brighton Metropolitan College (formerly City College) will be hosting two groups of high achieving students from Italy, aged 17 & 18, in June and July.

As part of this project, we have an exciting opportunity for local business to work with us by offering challenging four week work experience placements. The placements should allow the students to develop their language skills and independence, while experiencing a new culture and gaining industry knowledge in the areas of administration, hospitality and marketing, and construction.

The students have undergone a rigorous selection process in their host school and are very enthusiastic about this opportunity - they have high levels of English and are very confident. The students will attend a week of English lessons and classes on British culture before undertaking their placement.

The dates for the placements are 5th to 30th June, and 26th June to 21st July. We are able to provide CVs and covering letters for each student prior to the placement.
