Who we are
Established in 2003, Plug-in Media is a BAFTA-winning, next generation production company, creating both interactive entertainment and linear TV content, for the children and families audience. We deliver interactive development services to clients such as BBC, Nickelodeon and Sesame Workshop, making award-winning games and apps for some of the world's best loved children's entertainment brands including Peppa Pig, Octonauts, Paw Patrol, and Sesame Street. We also develop, create and publish our own original IP focused on using digital opportunities in the disrupted children’s media landscape to springboard new stories across multiple platforms. This "digital first" strategy led to Tee and Mo - a co-viewing and co-playing brand for pre-schoolers. Launching initially as web games and apps, our animated music videos have now attracted over 11 millions Youtube views and we launched a 50x7-min animated TV series on CBeebies and TVO Canada in 2018.
What we do
Design & animation: 2D and 3D design, illustration and animation; motion graphics, character design, concept art.
Music & sound: original music composition, songwriting, performance and scoring; sound design and editing.
Creative development & production: scriptwriting, new IP development, video production, kids and families digital brand strategy.
Technical: Unity, HTML5, CSS & Javascript development for games, apps and web; with additional experience in AR and real-time 3D.
Who we do it for
