LaunchPad Recruits, the HR technology company, has appointed Man Bites Dog to support its next phase of growth.

LaunchPad provides video interviewing and screening technology to help companies make fairer hiring and assessment decisions. Their data-driven platform supports businesses to tackle unconscious bias – applying machine learning to recruit the best talent, regardless of age, ethnicity, gender or sexual orientation.

Based in London, LaunchPad already works with 200 customers worldwide. In 2015 the company grew its monthly recurring revenue by 170 per cent, processing a total of 300,000 candidate interviews. The company also recently secured £2 million in Series A funding to further develop its HR analytics offering.

Launchpad is on a mission to lead the market and advance the diversity and inclusion agenda and has appointed marketing and PR consultancy Man Bites Dog to work with the business on an integrated communications programme.
