Midnight Wins Moda Living

Midnight Communications, an award-winning PR agency based in Brighton, has just signed six new clients in the last month including Moda Living, owners and operators of the Sackville Road regeneration in Hove.

Midnight will support Moda with PR and stakeholder engagement for the Sackville Road regeneration which was given planning consent in August 2020. The trading estate will be transformed into a thriving intergenerational neighbourhood with 564 high-quality build to rent homes, 260 care community homes as well as a health and wellbeing centre, shops, a café, extensive public gardens and 50,000 sq ft of office and co-working space.

Other recent client wins were national and regional businesses in the professional services and insurance sectors.

“We are delighted to be working with Moda” said Midnight’s joint managing director Flo Powell. “We’ve got great experience in the property sector and our new business strategy was to increase our property client base as well as insurance and professional services, so this is brilliant news for our agency.

After a challenging 2020 we’re excited to be growing this year with new clients and new team members joining our ranks. This is the second campaign we’re working on with our associate consultant Geri Silverstone of Silverstone Communications, an expert in community engagement and public affairs, and we hope to add more to the list as we grow.

Lydia Eustace, Marketing Director at Moda, added: “We’re excited to be working with Midnight. We were looking for a local agency that knew the community well to help us connect with the amazing number of local artists and communicate our messaging regarding the regeneration of the Sackville Road site: our flagship neighbourhood in Hove which will create much needed high-quality rental units, public realm and community spaces.”

Moda is the UK’s fastest-growing rental brand, backed by some of the world’s leading institutional investors, with over £1bn of construction on site, a growing pipeline of over 7,500 homes with a GDV of £2.5bn spanning the UK. With secure long-term tenancies of up to five years on offer, Moda aims to cater to a broad demographic of residents let down by the current rental market and looking for a better living experience.
